Surf 11 is a two bedroom beach house with one and a half bathrooms located approximately 200 feet from the water, it has sleeping accomodations for six people. One room has a split A/C system. All other rooms have overhead fans. The house has a covered carport and a fenced in yard (great for children). It has a large outdoor terrace that looks out to the Tres Palmas (steps beach) surf break (also know as the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve).The terrace has a outdoor half bathroom and a tiled counter and sink for complete outdoor entertainment (full BBQ equipment). There is a outdoor shower as well. The kitchen is fully equiped (drip coffee maker, microwave,gas stove,refrigerator,utensils) Towels and linen are included also. There is a washing machine available.There is cable TV available and broadband internet access.The beach house rents for $180.00 per night plus a one time clean up fee of $75.00.
